Ah, the wonder of no-bake energy balls. What could be better than something sweet, satisfying, energizing, and EASY TO MAKE?
We put together some of the tastiest and moistest balls of all time. It's okay you can re-read that previous sentence if you'd like. What is about the word balls that makes me sound so unprofessional? You'll have to bare with me because I'll be using that word frequently in this post!

Back to the point... these energy balls are something special! With only 4 ingredients (or more if you want to experiment with different variations), these round shape nutty treats (ha, see I didn't say the word balls... doi) are packed with flavor.
For our recipe we used the best dates. I know that is a statement, but if you want some ballin' texture and flavor then you have get your hands on some medjool dates! Sure, I may be biased but they are so soft with a hint of caramel.
And I'm freeeeeee... freee ballin'
To make some magic happen in the kitchen you'll need a food processor for blending the cashews and dates! Then you'll just need your hands for rolling the balls. Now, roll up your sleeves and start making the easiest energy ball recipe on the internet!

EASY TO MAKE ENERGY DATE BALLS
YIELD: 12 balls
INGREDIENTS
- 7 medjool dates, pitted
- 3/4 cups cashews
- 1 Tbsp date syrup (or maple syrup)
- a dash of cinnamon
OPTIONAL
- 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 Tbsp maca powder
PREPARATION
1. Pit your dates unless you buy them already pitted.
2. Blend dates, cashews, cinnamon, and syrup in a food processor.
3. Roll the mixture into balls!
4. Eat them right away or put them in the refrigerator for later.
